You will guide retailers and brand owners from product concept and formulation through commercial production. The work combines account expansion, new manufacturing partnerships, pricing strategy, and cross-functional project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer partnerships around category growth opportunities
- Identify portfolio gaps using private label manufacturing capabilities
- Drive volume, margin, pricing, and deductions management
- Coordinate Commercialization, R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Procurement
- Lead RFPs and product projects through commercial launch
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Five-plus years of B2B consumer food manufacturing sales
- Canadian grocery and retail landscape experience
- Sales forecasting, project management, and deductions management proficiency
- Consultative, creative, collaborative, solutions-oriented sales approach
