As Key Account Manager, you will expand existing accounts and pursue new manufacturing partnerships for Shearer's Canadian and International business unit. Guide retailers and brand owners from product concept and formulation through commercial production. Apply private label manufacturing knowledge, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer partnerships and identify category growth opportunities
- Analyze portfolios for formulation, packaging, and cost-efficiency opportunities
- Drive volume, margin, pricing, deductions, and compliance performance
- Coordinate Commercialization, R&D, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Procurement
- Lead RFPs and product projects through approval and launch
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Five-plus years of B2B consumer food manufacturing sales
- Canadian grocery and retail landscape experience
- Sales forecasting, deductions, project management, and materials expertise
- Written and spoken English and French proficiency
