Reporting to the Leader of Human Resources, this representative administers department programs, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include communications, compliance reporting, onboarding, development, training, orientation, and process documentation. The position works fewer than thirty hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employer-sponsored benefits programs
- Disseminate human resources communications
- Assist with employee relations issues
- Maintain HRIS systems and document processes
- Facilitate new employee orientation
Requirements:
- Three to five years of recent related HR experience
- Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS software and digital technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
