Design AI agents for ShareGate’s expansion and retention engine, using signal-based workflows, SQL, and low-code orchestration remotely across Canada. As GTM Architect, you will connect product usage, support interactions, and renewal dates to revenue action. Build agentic workflows that protect renewals and create cross-sell pipeline for existing ShareGate customers. Work directly with Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Systems to ship reusable systems. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early Design agentic cross-sell motions for existing customers Validate usage, support, and renewal data with SQL Replace manual workflows with reusable AI pipeline modules Document builds through SOPs, demos, and playbooks Requirements:
RevOps, GTM operations, customer success operations, or GTM engineering background Low-code orchestration experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar Python or TypeScript knowledge for integrations and data transformation Agentic tools, MCP connectors, and LLM workflow design fluency CRM fluency and understanding of subscription business metrics Build practical AI agents, validate revenue signals, and turn ShareGate customer data into renewal and expansion outcomes.
