Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities
- Oversee maintenance programs and related contracts
- Supervise Finance and Maintenance staff
- Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects
- Support Financial Services and Maintenance management
Requirements:
- Post-secondary accounting education
- At least five years' related accounting and operations leadership experience
- Intermediate to advanced computerized accounting and information systems proficiency
- Microsoft Excel and building maintenance software proficiency
- Knowledge of Manitoba maintenance safety and health standards
