Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients within Selkirk Mental Health Centre
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Support patient independence and goal acquisition
- Prioritize care for individual or groups of patients

Requirements:
- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion required
- Minimum Grade 10 education
- Mental health or impairment care experience preferred
- Effective oral, written, and English communication skills
- Current criminal and abuse registry checks required
