Strong Windows programs, office equipment, and organizational skills are central to daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Diagnostic Services Department clerical functions accurately
- Support timely, quality services for clients
- Use computers, fax machines, and copiers
- Communicate with the public and multidisciplinary teams
- Work independently with frequent interruptions
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Hospital or medical clinic experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet knowledge
- Accurate word processing at 40 words per minute
