Shambhala Music Festival seeks an HR Assistant to join our HR team, coordinating recruitment, communicating with crew, and supporting day-to-day operations from our Nelson head office and on-site festival site near Salmo, BC. This full-time, temporary role runs Feb 8 to Aug 27, 2027, with on-site work in July.
You will manage paperwork, assist with training, and help wrap post-show tasks, with a focus on confidentiality, organization, and superior service to crew across our diverse festival
