Build Enterprise SCADA expertise with SGS in Calgary, using HMI development and industrial data flows in a hybrid setting. Support pipeline and utility clients across western Canada. As an early-career Enterprise SCADA Specialist, you will configure and test Enterprise SCADA, formerly OASyS, for client projects. You will develop displays, manage point databases, and support integrations involving PLCs, RTUs, MQTT, and industrial protocols. Structured guidance supports progression toward Intermediate and Senior Specialist responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and test Enterprise SCADA systems under senior direction
- Develop HMI graphics, displays, and dashboards following style guides
- Configure tags, alarms, historical data, and point databases
- Support MQTT flows, edge devices, and industrial protocol integrations
- Participate in testing, commissioning, documentation, and client support
Requirements:
- One to four years of relevant SCADA or controls experience
- Exposure to Enterprise SCADA, Ignition, or another enterprise platform
- Understanding of SCADA architectures, HMI concepts, and industrial data flows
- Working proficiency in Python, C#, VB, or Java
- Willingness to travel across western Canada and work onsite
