Support member-focused banking at Servus Credit Union through sales leadership, lending knowledge, and Financial Advisor development. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly.
As Assistant Branch Manager, you report to the Market Director and help lead a team of Financial Advisors. You will coach employees, identify member needs, and contribute to branch performance and success. Your work includes progressive lending and investment services, referrals, documentation, and timely member inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Financial Advisors through coaching and training
- Ensure branch financial targets are met or exceeded
- Promote referrals to Wealth Management and providers
- Adhere to policies and loss prevention guidelines
- Process account changes and member inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
- Five years of retail banking experience
- Minimum three years of Financial Advisor experience
- Strong understanding of lending and credit
- Post-secondary Finance education is a valuable asset
- IFIC course and license are valuable assets
