Reporting to the Program Manager, you will oversee staff at SHIP's 84 Frederick Street Transitional Housing Program. The position coordinates daily operations, supports employee wellbeing, and advances person-centered housing stability. You will translate strategic goals into practical action while strengthening relationships with clients, employees, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks and support staff direction and discipline
- Oversee schedules, policies, procedures, and operational needs
- Monitor service targets and develop annual program goals
- Direct individualized housing plans addressing immediate needs
- Maintain records, statistics, and client safety standards
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in social or health services
- One or more years supervising or managing employees
- Three or more years supporting people experiencing homelessness
- Strong Housing First, crisis management, and communication knowledge
- Working knowledge of SDAT, HIFIS, and Microsoft Office
