Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate accounting and financial operations
- Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls
- Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience, 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Experience in mid-sized organizations
