Help Elections Ontario improve how electoral services are designed and delivered through service design, research translation, and collaborative facilitation. Work in-office five days weekly.
As an Electoral Service Design Clerk, you will support complex projects aligned with Elections Ontario's legislative mandate and future-state priorities. You will use human-centred design, design thinking, journey mapping, and service blueprints. Your work will help make services user-centred, efficient, and elector-centred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery through discovery, prototyping, and implementation
- Improve electoral services and internal processes
- Facilitate workshops with varied stakeholders
- Interpret stakeholder needs and research data
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on project goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience creating prototypes or illustrations using AI platforms
- Design-related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- French conversation ability is an asset
