As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage shipping and receiving workflows for internal and external customers. The work includes dispatching freight, coordinating pickups, monitoring delivery schedules, and preparing documentation. You will also address damages, shortages, delays, and quality-control concerns while communicating with carriers, vendors, drivers, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan transportation and coordinate timely customer order flow
- Dispatch freight, arrange pickups, and schedule vendor appointments
- Complete shipping documents, logs, reports, and shipment records
- Resolve damages, shortages, delays, and shipping errors
- Direct dock traffic and forklift offload sequences
Requirements:
