Lead frontline service delivery for Serco Canada Inc. through daily planning, employee direction, and KPI accountability. Support DTC operations with hands-on leadership. As Deputy Supervisor, you will direct subordinate employees and communicate business objectives across frontline teams. The position requires leadership experience, project management, MS Office proficiency, and understanding of contracts, statements of work, and labour agreements. You will support service delivery objectives while maintaining compliance with Serco policies, MTO Standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct frontline employees’ daily and weekly activities
- Perform hands-on work supporting section service delivery objectives
- Manage subordinate performance and initiate approved corrective action
- Complete assigned deliverables and reports accurately and on time
- Communicate objectives and standards clearly to frontline staff
Requirements:
- Five years’ experience in a leadership capacity
- Previous supervisory experience
- Related post-secondary education or relevant education combination
- Understanding of contracts, statements of work, and labour agreements
- Excellent MS Office and project management skills
- Bring accountable supervision, clear communication, risk evaluation, and coordinated execution to Serco’s frontline service delivery operations.
