Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service during Driver Examination Services
- Review information and assess licence eligibility
- Conduct vision, photography, written, and oral testing
- Schedule road tests and issue temporary licences
- Investigate driver record errors and initiate corrections
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence
- Two years of excellent customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Successful Customer Service Agent training completion
