The Stage Experience Lead functions as an Assistant Manager, Client Experience across Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, or combined areas. You will help teams execute Sephora's selling model, address client feedback, support technology training, and participate in performance development. The position also requires awareness of store sales performance and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned sales-floor departments within the Sephora location
- Partner with managers on client-related issues and feedback
- Ensure World selling cast receive Client Interactive Technology training
- Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports
- Demonstrate understanding of sales performance and business opportunities
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication ability
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Ability to create teams and develop store leaders
