Protect Sephora assets in Surrey through retail loss prevention, CCTV surveillance, and professional client service as a full-time Asset Protection Partner.
This regular Asset Protection Partner position supports the store at Central City. You will reduce shortage through surveillance, apprehensions, reporting, audits, and partnership with store Leadership. The work includes employee training, inventory preparation, and shrinkage prevention planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance
- Deter or apprehend individuals committing external theft
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Conduct self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Train employees on loss prevention awareness
Requirements:
- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
