As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for in-store leadership roles across Sephora Retail Stores. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers, Store Leaders, and HR teams nationally. The work includes hiring strategy, talent planning, recruitment events, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requisitions, sourcing, assessment, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build relationships with hiring leaders and understand store talent needs
- Recommend candidates using applications, resumes, interviews, and assessments
- Support recruitment systems, onboarding questions, and HR ticket escalation
- Lead hiring events and employer branding initiatives across Canada
Requirements:
- Two or more years recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume hiring experience
- Retail or customer-focused environment experience
- Screening and interviewing experience aligned with role requirements
- HRIS and Applicant Tracking System experience; SuccessFactors is advantageous
- Ability to travel across Canada and use AI-enabled tools responsibly
