As Store Director, you will oversee client service, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations, and human resources. Reporting to the District Manager, you will guide Managers and Leads while maintaining Sephora concepts, culture, objectives, and policies. This position requires senior management experience and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager
- Monitor results and communicate performance with staff
- Achieve sales plans and operating profits while managing expenses
- Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate store leadership
- Conduct inventories and address inventory concerns
Requirements:
- Five or more years of senior management experience
- Beauty, retail, or customer service industry experience
- Experience coaching high-performing teams and developing leaders
- Recruiting and hiring experience across store positions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales analysis skills
