As Team Lead, Operations, you will directly manage the Operations team at a specific Sephora location. You will support staffing, overnight stock, operations leadership, and overall store execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead store operations according to company standards
- Manage shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
- Oversee merchandising concepts, visuals, and cleaning crews
- Maintain supplies, testers, samples, budgets, and quantities
- Provide feedback and participate in performance management
Requirements:
- One to three years in a similar role
- Experience in a similar volume store or equivalent
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
