As an Interim Lead, you will help drive store success through leadership, sales, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. You will coach team members, develop service expertise, and support an inclusive environment. This regular position is based at Sephora BC-Nanaimo.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum two years leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service
- Ability to coach and inspire teams toward goals
- Strong sales, client service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and required shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
