Sentrex Health Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse for its Patient Services team. You will manage patient support program cases and serve as a primary contact for assigned healthcare providers. The work includes patient registration, medical education, data entry, coverage support, and ongoing follow-up for prescribed therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients and healthcare providers according to program protocols
- Provide medical education about diseases and therapies
- Monitor cases, adherence, therapy disruptions, and adverse events
- Coordinate coverage support with physicians and reimbursement specialists
- Liaise with pharmacies and healthcare professionals to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in good standing with provincial nursing college
- Two to four years of clinical experience
- Patient Support Program experience is a strong asset
- Immunology experience is an asset
- English and French bilingual communication skills are preferred
