The Learning Solutions Specialist is a full-time role dedicated to enhancing team member performance within our Patient Support Program. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate training sessions for Patient Support roles
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for accurate content
- Create eLearning modules, user guides, and lesson plans
- Optimize LMS for blended learning solutions
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Patient Support Program knowledge preferred
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies
