Sensity seeks an Intervenor to provide crucial support in both home and community settings. This full-time position involves communication techniques and personal care responsibilities, helping individuals achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in their home and community environments
- Use techniques to facilitate effective communication
- Assist with personal care including hygiene and meal preparation
- Aid in developing individual goals and objectives
- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
Requirements:
- College diploma in relevant human services field
- Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 35 lbs to 50 lbs as needed
