Shape environmental planning and stakeholder consultation with Stantec, using technical writing and public speaking skills. Offices are available in five Ontario locations. This senior consulting position supports Stantec’s Environmental Services practice and Assessment and Permitting team. You will work with multidisciplinary professionals across Canada on environmental impact assessments, environmental programs, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include client communication, public consultation, reporting, and permit coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement consultation programs with diverse stakeholders Liaise with clients, agencies, public members, and project teams Write reports and coordinate tailored proposals Coordinate permits, approvals, and environmental compliance activities Participate in client meetings and professional organizations Requirements:
University degree or related post-undergraduate college diploma At least 15 years of environmental program project management experience Experience coordinating assessments, approvals, and environmental programs Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Experience mentoring rising talent Bring environmental consulting, stakeholder engagement, technical writing, and regulatory knowledge to Stantec’s Assessment and Permitting team.
