Recruiter specialized in Engineering and Technical Talent Acquisition to join our Montreal team.
You will be responsible for recruiting engineers and technical professionals across industries including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and industrial engineering .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical positions.
- Source and recruit engineers across disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aerospace, and Quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Use Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, industry background, and overall fit.
- Build talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise assessments.
- Support offers, salary discussions, and candidate closing.
