You will provide practical legal advice while supporting clients through growth and changing regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead securities and corporate finance transactions
- Manage M&A due diligence, structuring, and negotiation
- Draft commercial and shareholder agreements
- Advise on compliance, disclosure, and governance
- Build strong client relationships and develop business
Requirements:
- Four to eight years' relevant legal experience
- Experience in securities, corporate finance, and public M&A
- Experience with direct listings, RTOs, CPCs, and public financings
- Familiarity with TSX-V and CSE transactions
- Excellent written, verbal, and business development skills
