Lead global engineering systems and digital transformation at Sedgman, shaping governance, standards, data, and AI-enabled capability across regions. As Director Engineering, Systems & Digital, you will provide functional leadership across Sedgman’s international engineering network. You will establish scalable frameworks supporting consistency, quality, execution discipline, and predictable delivery. The role connects engineering systems, processes, tools, digital engineering, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and embed global engineering governance frameworks, systems, and standards
- Align systems, processes, and tools across complex project environments
- Champion integrated digital engineering, data, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Use performance insights to improve quality, efficiency, and project outcomes
- Partner with regional leadership on capability and performance priorities
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified engineering leader with 20+ years’ design experience
- Experience across minerals processing, oil and gas, chemical, or related sectors
- Senior leadership across complex, multi-discipline engineering teams
- Strong EPCM, systems integration, and delivery governance experience
- Understanding of engineering applications, BIM/CDE, and digital engineering
