20+ years’ engineering design experience in relevant sectors Degree qualification in engineering Experience leading complex, multi-discipline engineering teams Deep understanding of BIM/CDE and emerging digital capability Ability to influence across regions, cultures, and matrixed groups Bring technically credible leadership to Sedgman’s digital engineering transformation, connecting systems, data, AI, governance, and delivery outcomes.
