The position coordinates scheduling, inspections, equipment, backlog, billing, and operational reporting. It also reinforces technical standards, safety procedures, quality assurance, and customer-focused execution through coaching and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
Coach, mentor, and support Service Technicians during daily field activities Coordinate technician scheduling, service requests, inspections, and customer updates Manage equipment availability, inventory records, backlog, and inspections Conduct field audits, ride-alongs, quality inspections, and work validations Track service tickets, billing, productivity, timecards, and operational reports Requirements:
DEP or DEC in electronics, security systems, or related technical field At least five years in electronic security or field installation operations Hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning knowledge Experience coaching, leading, or supervising technicians strongly preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the district Apply your electronic security knowledge, field leadership, and operational coordination to strengthen service delivery at Securitas Technology Canada.
