Coordinate international logistics for Instantel in Kanata, using Excel, ERP systems, and shipment planning to support efficient operations. This is an on-site, full-time contract role.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will manage stock, identify shortages, and coordinate vendors, freight, and customs documentation. The position supports Instantel's monitoring-equipment operations through scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and service-unit preparation. Strong organization and communication are central to coordinating with freight companies, Dealers, Customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock and identify material shortages through daily MRP use
- Coordinate vendors, routes, timelines, and cost-efficient shipments
- Schedule daily logistics deliveries and collections
- Manage cross-border and overseas freight documentation
- Prepare units, inventory counts, forecasts, reports, and RMA records
Requirements:
- One year of logistics experience handling import, export, and customs
- One to three years managing stock and freight companies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information
