Embedded Service Technician - Halifax Airport
- Carry out repairs to faulty security systems
- Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance;
- Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards;
- Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers
- Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures;
- Transmit usage recommendations to customers;
- Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Ensure follow-up of customer service

- Produce a report on service calls made;
- Experience in both Access Control and CCTV systems;
- Bonus if certified C-Cure9000 and Milestone. Triple bonus if you also have BriefCam certification.
- May be asked to repair door hardware / operators.
- Will be asked to go through the RAIC process to get access to the restricted areas of the airport.
- Will work with IT staff to plan and execute system upgrades.
