You will control access, verify visitors, employees, and contractors, and respond to incidents. The work includes restricted-area control, metal detection, customer service, and accurate written reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control site access and verify visitors, employees, and contractors
- Conduct wand searches and metal detection
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Respond to incidents according to site procedures
- Enforce client and site-specific security policies
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, First Aid, and CPR Certificate
- Three to four years of security experience preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and accurate report writing
