As Director of Operations, you will lead Client Services Managers and frontline staff within the Healthcare Security vertical. You will develop operational strategies, strengthen trusted healthcare partnerships, pursue business opportunities, and support service quality. The position requires knowledge of British Columbia healthcare security legislation, security systems, financial analysis, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Client Services Managers and frontline staff
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders
- Develop operational strategies improving quality, satisfaction, and growth
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement
- Implement new business start-ups and transition plans
Requirements:
- Seven years' operational management experience, including three healthcare security years
- CHPA designation with IAHSS, attained or in progress
- Understanding of healthcare dynamics, regulations, and security challenges
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license and vehicle access
