This full-time Security Supervisor oversees campus security operations across Kelowna, Vernon, and Penticton. The position suits security professionals with supervisory experience, strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. You will lead by example while supporting consistent site procedures, training, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily campus security operations across multiple locations
- Conduct patrols and delegate access or service requests
- Act as Incident Commander during significant incidents
- Review reports for accuracy and SOP compliance
- Train, mentor, and coach security officers
Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia Security Worker License
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Intermediate OFA Level 2 certification and response experience
- At least two years supervising security or serving as Site Lead
- Full-time availability with schedule flexibility
