As Manager, Claims Contact Centre Operations, you will lead the team and support timely, accurate claim intake. The work includes operational reporting, escalation handling, quality assurance, training, and continuous process improvement. You will represent Claims Operations with internal and external partners while supporting the end-to-end customer claims experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Claims Contact Centre team members
- Monitor performance and tailor individual coaching
- Handle claims customer service escalations
- Optimize staffing, schedules, and off-phone activities
- Produce operational, quality, and customer experience reports
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years managing teams
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Understanding of claims contact centre operations
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
