Senior SoC Architect Design Engineer

Architect next-generation SoC designs using advanced ASIC expertise at SECQAI, with hybrid working from London or Bristol and home. Shape secure semiconductor technology. As a Senior SoC Architect / Design Engineer, you will define product requirements, architectural features, and System on Chip architectures. You will evaluate cost, performance, power, and software usability while collaborating across hardware, software, CPU, verification, research, development, and security teams. The work spans micro-architecture through design qualification, RTL, GDS, and silicon bring-up. Key Responsibilities:

Define next-generation System on Chip architectures and product requirements Design architectural features and evaluate cost, performance, and power Collaborate with IP providers on third-party IP implementation Drive RTL design flows through GDS with engineering experts Contribute to roadmaps, design reviews, documentation, and silicon bring-up Requirements:

9+ years of relevant SoC architecture and design experience Degree or equivalent industry experience in a related field Experience with multi-core subsystems, interconnects, and memory hierarchies Proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys, OpenRoad, or similar tools Experience leading a team of engineers Apply advanced ASIC design, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and secure systems knowledge to SECQAI’s SoC architecture work.
