Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments

- Complete discharge planning
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
- Member in good standing with Ontario's physiotherapy college
- Experience managing patients in acute or rehabilitation environments
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
