SE Health seeks a Physiotherapist for its Geriatric Outreach Program and Senior Wellness Clinic. You will manage patients through assessment, treatment, consultation, and follow-up services. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments across outreach and clinic settings
- Formulate patient goals and clinical recommendations

Requirements:
- Recent acute or rehabilitation patient management experience
- Geriatric population experience preferred
