Write and optimize clear, concise, plain-language digital content Develop content models, labels, calls to action, and governance guidance Configure and publish content through approved workflows Maintain editorial standards, templates, patterns, and documentation Monitor channels for stale content and broken journeys Requirements:
Four to six years in content strategy or related roles Strong knowledge of content design and usability principles Experience with content management systems and digital publishing Experience with analytics, search insights, tagging, and measurement Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts and content owners Apply content strategy, plain-language editing, information architecture, and measurement practices across SE Health’s digital channels.
