Shape intuitive digital experiences at SE Health through user-centred design, accessibility, and content strategy across healthcare touchpoints. This role supports hybrid work. The Digital Experience Specialist translates user, business, clinical, and operational needs into practical experience recommendations. You will create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and content structures. The work spans discovery, research, design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, and optimization with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and recommendations
- Create content models, navigation, metadata, and page structures
- Conduct accessibility reviews using automated and manual techniques
- Use analytics and feedback to prioritize experience improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and portfolio
- Four to six years of progressive digital experience
- Knowledge of information architecture, interaction, and inclusive design
- Experience with Figma or comparable design tools
- Practical WCAG and AODA accessibility experience
- Bring user research, content design, accessibility, and analytics expertise to improve SE Health’s digital journeys.
