Shape intuitive digital experiences at SE Health through user research, accessibility, and human-centered design across healthcare touchpoints. Support a multi-year enterprise transformation project. The Digital Experience Specialist translates user, business, clinical, and operational needs into practical experience recommendations. You will create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and content structures across websites, portals, applications, campaigns, and email. The work supports engagement, service access, and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan research, interviews, workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Translate insights into personas, service blueprints, and prioritized recommendations
- Define experience requirements and acceptance criteria with delivery teams
- Create prototypes and annotated specifications using Figma or comparable tools
- Coordinate testing, launch, stabilization, and quality assurance activities
Requirements:
- Four to six years of progressive digital experience or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Strong knowledge of user-centered, interaction, information architecture, and inclusive design
- Practical WCAG and AODA experience with accessibility reviews
- Ability to communicate recommendations and influence stakeholders without direct authority
