The position serves clients across Hamilton and surrounding areas while requiring daily driving, physical ability, and current care credentials. Accepted qualifications include a PSW certificate, nursing credentials, specified nursing study, or Developmental Support Worker training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal support care in community settings
- Travel between clients using a personal vehicle
- Work full time overnight shifts
- Support clients across Hamilton and surrounding areas
- Lift approximately fifty five pounds when required
Requirements:
- Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or accepted qualification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for daily work
- Current Standard CPR level C and First Aid
- Current vulnerable sector check
- Required immunizations including MMR, Varicella, TB, and Tetanus
