SE Health offers full time PSW employment in Hamilton and surrounding areas. This community-based position requires accepted healthcare qualifications, a vehicle for daily work, and physical capacity for frequent movement. Paid travel time and mileage between clients are provided, alongside uniforms and a mobile device.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal support care between community client visits
- Drive daily using a personal vehicle
- Work overnight schedules in assigned communities
- Walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, and reach
- Perform duties requiring hand, arm, and shoulder dexterity
Requirements:
- PSW certificate, RN, RPN, or accepted healthcare qualification
- Availability for days and every other weekend
- Current vulnerable sector check required
- Standard CPR level C and First Aid certification
- Ability to meet specified immunization requirements
