Lead culturally grounded delegated services at SCFSS through strategic planning, Indigenous knowledge, and family preservation leadership. This position reports to the Executive Director. The Director of Delegated Services oversees culturally reflective programs and services for children and families. The role develops annual work plans aligned with the SCFSS Strategic Plan, while applying nłeʔkepmx and syilx practice frameworks. Leadership spans service delivery, staff development, partnerships, compliance, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Uphold cultural safety across programs, services, policies, and practices Lead annual work planning and strategic transformation initiatives Strengthen family preservation, reunification, and traditional family skills Oversee delegated services, compliance, outcomes, records, and reporting Lead staff recruitment, mentorship, training, and professional development Requirements:
Deep understanding of nłeʔkepmx and syilx cultural practices Master’s degree in a related field Five years’ community services experience required Three years’ multi-level leadership and practice experience Eligible for C6 Delegation under applicable legislation Apply strategic leadership, cultural knowledge, and service oversight to support SCFSS families, communities, and culturally grounded programs.
