As chief administrator for the secondary campus, the principal works closely with the Executive Director and staff. This position leads operations while communicating and advancing ACS mission, vision, and strategic priorities. It starts September 1, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to secondary campus staff
- Lead campus operations in consultation with leadership
- Communicate ACS mission and strategic priorities
- Motivate staff to carry out established priorities
- Foster positive student and staff culture
Requirements:
- Demonstrated school leadership and teaching experience
- More than five years of teaching experience
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Agreement with the Community Standards Policy
