Drive growth design for Everand and Fable with strong visual craft and interaction design across Scribd Flex locations. Occasional in-person attendance is required. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape growth and lifecycle experiences across Scribd, Inc.’s Premium products. You will design onboarding, pricing, referrals, and subscription journeys while partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing. Your work will support experiments that improve conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding, plans, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle experiences
- Connect Fable’s community with Everand’s library
- Scope experiments and define success metrics with product partners
- Prototype, test, and ship production-ready growth experiences
- Analyze results and recommend next experiments
Requirements:
- Five or more years of product design experience
- Experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products
- Strong visual craft and interaction design skills
- Experience shipping experiments affecting conversion, activation, retention, or revenue
- Daily use of AI for exploration, prototyping, and understanding
