This Analyst, Prime Trade Support Middle Office position supports global Banking and GCM products through daily operational activities. You will liaise with clients, Front Office, back-office teams, developers, quality assurance staff, and subject matter experts. The focus includes trade lifecycle management, controls, automation, and accurate data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily prime trade support and customer service activities
- Complete reconciliations for FOBOs, FX, rehypes, and wash accounts
- Identify automation opportunities using the DUCO platform
- Enhance trade support processes, systems, and data
- Maintain controls supporting operational and regulatory risk obligations
Requirements:
- One to two years in capital markets, finance, banking, or improvement
- Strong technical abilities and basic software engineering principles
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Access, and Excel
- Analytical problem solving and process analysis techniques
- Results-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated approach
