This Junior or Intermediate opportunity focuses on active claim adjustment and timely business development follow-up. You will analyze cause-and-effect dynamics, interpret complex legal documents, calculate comparative information, and communicate valid conclusions. ClaimsPro LP requires one to five years of property claims experience, a driver's license, and insurance education or credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate claim causes and report recommendations to clients
- Analyze exposures and recommend required investigations
- Establish damage quantum using supplied technology
- Develop action plans and negotiate satisfactory settlements
- Share responsibility for after-hours customer service when required
Requirements:
- Effective analytical and cause-and-effect reasoning skills
- Ability to communicate conclusions clearly and appropriately
- Strong interviewing, listening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents and numerical calculations
- Ongoing education, adjuster's license, or CIP pursuit
